Morgan Poyer is the Senior Vice President of M&A & HR at Heffernan Network, where she oversees the strategic due diligence operations for mergers and acquisitions, as well as supporting the key Human Resources functions across all subsidiary agencies.
Morgan began her career as a producer at Heffernan in 2012, transitioning out of sales into operations-based roles in higher education and financial services. After taking some time to raise her young family, she jumped at the opportunity to return to Heffernan in 2021 to develop and support Heffernan Network’s acquisition strategy and growing Human Resources department.
Morgan resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, riding her Peloton bike, enjoying the beautiful SoCal sunshine and going to LA Dodgers games with her boys.
